When this setting is disabled: Subscribers in order to complete their un-subscription will be directed to a page that displays a simple form for them to provide a reason on why they are leaving. 
The form only offers a free text area and it can be left blank. The user is unsubscribed when they click the "Unsubscribe" button on this page.
